Job Description:

We are seeking a problem solving and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our product testing company. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential.  This role requires that you communicate with customers on the phone, chat support and email. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.

Basic Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we provide training.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written communication skills for documenting interactions.
  • Provide accurate product and policy information to customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy.
